Amazing hotel

Everything. The pool was great, awesome location close to Karon beach and the staff was absolutely amazing. Left us all sorts of cute little gifts for our honeymoon and even upgraded our room. The breakfast buffet had so much selection also. Would recommend to anyone!

Well located hotel with outstanding service

- Room is fantastic with a nice green view. - Bed is huge and very comfortable. - Water pressure in the shower is excellent and hot water is perfect. - Breakfast is outstanding - a lot of variety and food is good. - Beach/Pool towels and flipflops are provided in the rooms. - The Pearl Spa is impressive - had the promotion 2hour spa with a scrub, a massage and a facial and it was so relaxing. - Service is excellent throughout the hotel (front desk, spa, restaurant etc). In particular Matt, the GRM, is absolutely lovely, warm and welcoming. Tina, the lady from GoVacation Tour who helps to book tours, is an amazing and friendly lady who provides great advice for anyone who wants to know more about Phuket. - Location is good if you are looking to be close to amenities with lots of restaurants and shops nearby and 5min walk to the beach.

- Pillow a little too soft for me. - Path leading from the hotel down to the main road is quite dark at night. It’s a short walk but feels a bit unsafe. - I’m here during peak season so pool gets very crowded and often run out of sunbeds. - unfortunately the only hotel in Thailand where I’ve been bitten by mosquitoes a number of times (and I’ve been spraying my repellant).

A wonderful experience enabling relaxing, rejuvenating & exploring easily.

The breakfast was incredible - so many options and such delicious food! The pool was great, never too crowded in the pool. The staff were outstanding! The welcome we received from Mango and Milk as we arrived was wonderful and they made us feel very special guests. They made sure to see that we had everything we needed, and were super friendly each day, showing an interest in what were were doing and were helpful with a guide and directions. Both Milk and Mango made a point of ensuring the end of our stay there was great too, feeling honoured to have stayed there.

We ended up booking a family room which was overall superb, but as we had an adjoining room to another, the noise from the other room travelled to ours at times.

Amazing hotel, recommended with eyes closed!!

Wonderful hotel 2 min walk from the beach. We loved everything; the decoration, the intimate ambiance, the beautiful pool with the bar, the rooftop and... I truly recommend taking the half-board package which is A-MAZING! the quality of the food in the restaurant is incredible from breakfast to diner. The staff is very nice and professional. Bravo to the manager, as we had an incredible, relaxing experience in this hotel for 5 nights (and while travelling with 2 kids!). Everything is made to make your stay special. Kids club very good too.

Nothing honestly! If I can give two comments: -Rooms could be made a bit earlier during the day. -Drinks at the rooftop are not as well prepared as drinks at the pool bar. I think the staff is a bit less trained on cocktails.

Excellent hotel and a fantastic family holiday destination

Clean, modern, everywhere was easy to get to. Kids club was excellent, as was the pool and the restaurants. Would happily stay again and again.

Very Good

the hotel is beautiful and in a great spot, super super close to the beach with a beautiful sunset - about 10 mins to a good spot for bars and restaurants the room is large and well designed with a great balcony (definitely go for the sea view it is spectacular) the welcome drinks voucher was a nice touch but would have been good to be able to use that at the pool bar not just the restaurant.

the bed wasn't very comfortable and pillows a bit uncomfortable. there was a bit of a smell in the room would have been good to have a room spray. the pool area was lovely but a bit of a battle for sunbeds and people reserving them and going away for long periods. drinks were incredibly expensive.

Amazing hotel and staff

Fabulous hotel, amazing staff and a very wonderful experience. Food was very good, breakfast was well stocked and had a great selection. We were well looked after every day by Trish - who also served delicious cocktails every evening on the roof top bar. Our room was excellent, large, very comfortable and very clean. It had a lovely balcony and seaview from the 5th floor. Our room attendant was fantastic - Biw works very hard every day to keep the rooms clean and well stocked. We loved this hotel. Everything about it was great - the swimming pool and the restaurants. We ate dinner in the main restaurant once and had a mix of Thai and Spanish food - lovely. We also ate with our "feet in swimming pool" at the beautiful grill restaurant. We enjoyed a great steak whilst watching the live fire dancers on Friday night. Great location. Easy to walk into Kata beach or Karon beach. A nice massage place just outside - much quieter than the ones in town / great massage! Highly recommended! Thank you. We shall definitely return if we ever come to Phuket again.

The hotel staff is exceptionally friendly and even went the extra mile by surprising me with a birthday cake to celebrate my special day. Moreover, the breakfast is delicious, presenting a diverse selection of delectable food options. The room is spacious and offers a beautiful view of the mountains. Additionally, the hotel's convenient location places it right next to the stunning Karon Beach.

I recommend this hotel.

Excellent hotel, cozy and very nicely decorated. A rich breakfast. Very kind staff. We really liked the pool and the restaurants inside and the hotel.

The breads at breakfast are not very fresh, there are not enough hooks to hang towels in the bathroom. The location is not central.

A very pleasant and good hotel

Spacious rooms, good breakfast in a restaurant atmosphere, balcony that is pleasant to sit on wonderful attitude of the employees.

The concept of the prices in the menus whether it's in a restaurant or a bar that don't include service and vat, it's very confusing. The floor in the room was constantly damp even in the morning after a whole night with the room completely closed

Staff are very helpful and friendly! Breakfast was delicious, rooms are great!

I personally wasn’t a fan of the bed as I have a bad back and don’t normal sleep on a spring mattress. However that one flaw wouldn’t be worth giving a bad review!

Beautiful hotel close to the beach

Lovely hotel, beautiful room, dual sinks were great, huge mirror in between was perfect for getting ready! Good closet space. We had a late flight when leaving and they kindly let us use the pool area which had a full shower and lockers in the bathroom. Really convenient! Staff were fantastic, very helpful. The location is a short walk to beach and local shops. AC worked great in room. The breakfast was very impressive with loads of options for gluten free, healthier choices like fresh veg for juicing and a full noodle bar so you could make your own Thai Soup! And loads of other food selections hot and cold (their salads were actually the best part for me!)

The bed was a bit too firm for me, a mattress topper would have made it perfect! There was only one socket near the bed and it was over the head board on the desk behind the bed. Luckily we had long cables to charge our phones! The driveway to the hotel was a bit hidden for taxis. Signage would help!

We enjoyed ourselves but wouldn't stay there again.

They upgraded us to a pool room which was nice but there was no sea view at all. There were a few problems with the room such as bad lighting, a very uncomfortable mattress (hard) and the a/c was constantly running. The room was very cold all the time and there was a dampness that never resolved. There was so much dampness in the room that the windows would get moisture all over them. I wasn't comfortable just relaxing in the room because it was always cold and damp - - and the a/c was either on or off (never cycled). The shower was very good.

It is across the street from the sea but there were no good views of the sea from our room or the pool. I felt like no one would have that great a view. There was a run down area to walkthrough to get to the Main Street. The property doesn't have any presence on the beach so there are no property run beach chairs and umbrellas for guest use.
